First - Payment
Process
After
our first interview
on the phone, I will
make a visit with you
and your dog. We will
take a short leash walk
around your neighborhood,
fill out some forms,
and depending on the
service you would like,
your dog may participate
in a trail adventure
with our pack. (Trail
adventure is $15).
Based
on your dog's personality,
needs and schedule,
we will place them with
the right group of no
more than 5 to 8 dogs.

for trail adventures

Cancellation
We understand that emergencies do happen, and we want to be reasonable and fair on our cancellation policy.
(This applies only to single urban adventures and private moments services) If you cancel before we leave to pick up your dog – no charges will apply. If you cancel after we set off (1 hour before we reach the destination to pick up your dog) and/or your dog is not present when we arrive, charges will apply.
(This applies only to hiking trail adventure and pet sitting services) Deposit is refundable if more than 48 hours notice was given.
Please refer to your agreement form for cancellation policy on combo packages.

Safety
First
We take every precaution so that your dog will enjoy his day in a safe environment. Every one of our clients will wear our custom made dog collar with our name and contact number.
The group leader is certified in Animal first aid and we carry first aid supplies and water on every trip.
While traveling in the car, dogs that become anxious and may pose a hazard to the driver and other dogs will be restrained with a seat belt harness or crate.
Based on your dog’s personality, needs and schedule, we will place them with the right group of no more than 5 to 8 dogs.
We ask that your dog be up to date on all vaccines and a current license. We also prefer that they be spayed or neutered. All doggies should respond to voice command. To be accepted for our program, dogs should have a non-aggressive disposition with other dogs, people, food or toys. Excessive dominant behavior will not be accepted.

Payment
We
accept
cash
or
checks. At
present
we
are
not
accepting
credit
cards.
A
50% deposit is usually
required to reserve
your bookings. The
balance of payment
is due at the beginning
of each trip or
package.
